	All Estates on file are public record. Records include: Probated estates back to 1800 including most of the old original wills and supporting papers. By mail, there is a $10.00 search fee for Estate records. Copies mailed or faxed @ $.50/page upon written request accompanied by the fees. RECORDER OF DEEDS Recorded land records: Deeds Mortgages Mortgage Satisfactions Mortgage Releases Agreements - Article of Agreements, Oil & Gas Leases, etc; UCC Filings Notary Publics Power of Attorneys
