The Print Room functions primarily as an in-house print shop, producing various government documents, business cards, brochures, transparencies, and scratch pads for the county departments. The Print Room also provides laminating, binding, and folding services to county employees and handles the office supply inventory of the courthouse. Prior to election time, the Print Room is responsible for issuing the official Democratic and Republican specimen ballots, paper ballots, absentee ballots, and voting machine samples. The Print Room also helps manage the courthouse network by maintaining the digital and laser printers and installing printer drivers on individual workstations.
The Print Room also serves the county's general population. Digital copies of public documents and maps are available for a nominal fee. Originals must be in good condition. No cardboard / posterboard maps will be accepted. Please refer to the tables below for pricing specifications:
