**BIDDER REQUIREMENTS OF ACT 2021-33 FOR THE 04/25/25 TAX SALE – MUST REGISTER AT TAX CLAIM BUREAU IN PERSON STARTING March 17, 2025 AND ENDING ON April 15, 2025 AT 4:30 – NO EXCEPTIONS**

Must have a notarized affidavit and a copy of photo ID’s for all individuals listed on paperwork. $10 non-refundable bidder fee must be cash or certified funds and must be paid with registration.

• Bidder Registration Form - Business
• Bidder Registration Form - LLC
• Affidavit of Bidder - Needed for every listed person
