**BIDDER REQUIREMENTS OF ACT 2021-33 FOR THE 05/15/26 JUDICIAL SALE – MUST REGISTER AT TAX CLAIM BUREAU IN PERSON STARTING April 1, 2026 AND ENDING ON May 5, 2026 AT 4:30 – NO EXCEPTIONS**

Must have a notarized affidavit and a copy of photo ID’s for all individuals listed on paperwork. $10 non-refundable bidder fee must be cash or certified funds and must be paid with registration.

• Bidder Registration Form - LLC
• Affidavit of Bidder - Needed for every listed person
